چکیده
Atmospheric nitrogen biologically reduced in legumes root nodule and accumulated their postharvest residues may be of great importance as a source this macronutrient for succeeding crops. The aim the study was to determine uptake by winter triticale from pea residues, including N fixed atmosphere, using fertilizer enriched with 15N isotope. Triticale grown without fertilization at sites where forecrops had been two cultivars (multi-purpose field pea) and, comparison, spring barley. crop took up more soil (59.1%) less forecrop (41.1%). corresponding values barley were 92.1% 7.9%. In triticale, percentage derived introduced into amounted 23.8%. amounts all sources entire biomass plants after harvesting similar both cultivars. cereal sources, when on which experiment conducted higher content carbon greater amount residues. Nitrogen high availability cultivated sandy soils.

Mid-infrared and near-infrared calibrations for nutritional parameters of Triticale (Triticosecale) and pea (Pisum sativum).
The objective of this study was to develop Fourier transformed mid-infrared (MidIR) and near-infrared (NIR) calibrations for acid detergent fiber (ADF), neutral detergent fiber (NDF), and total nitrogen in triticale, peas, and triticale/pea mixtures. Heterogeneous calibration-validation combinations were also tested for calibration quality. The forage samples were collected from forage plots gr...
متن کاملRole of nitrogen content of pea (Pisum sativum L.) on pea aphid (Acyrthosiphon pisum Harris) establishment
The leaf nitrogen content is generally accepted as an indicator of food quality and as a factor affecting host selection by phytophagous insects. The alate pea aphids (Acyrthosiphon pisum Harris, Aphididae) were given a choice among non-nodulated pea plants (Pisum sativum L.) supplied with one of four nitrate-N levels (0, 3, 15 and 30 mM). When whole plants were exposed to aphids for 7 days, th...
متن کاملPea (Pisum sativum L.) Growth Mutants
This review is devoted to the Pisum sativum L. growth mutants. These mutants are presented by several groups of plants. The first group is characterized by short internodes (dwarf mutants le, na, lk, la, lh, ls) or by elongated internodes (slender mutant sln). The stem growth of mutants of both types (dwarf and slender) is controlled by hormones (GA and IAA) in the stem or in seeds. Mutants cha...

A transaminase (aminotransferase, EC 2.6.1) fraction was partially purified from shoot tips of pea (Pisum sativum L. cv. Alaska) seedlings. With alpha-ketoglutarate as co-substrate, the enzyme transaminated the following aromatic amino acids: d,l-tryptophan, d,l-tyrosine, and d,l-phenylalanine, as well as the following aliphatic amino acids: d,l-alanine, d,l-methionine, and d,l-leucine. Of othe...
